- Apr, 2006 ~ No form of contraceptives used since then
- Jan, 2009 ~ Seriously started TTC (i.e. started charting, monitoring, and TI)
- Jan, 2010 ~ HSG Done; showed clear tubes
- 2010 ~ SA done; Mr.M has super swimmers
- August 2010 ~ OB/Gyn referred us to a RE
- September 2010 ~ Met with RE
- March 2011 ~ IUI + 100mg Clomid = BFN
- April 2011 ~ IUI + 100mg Clomid = BFFN
- May 2011 ~ Exploratory Hysteroscopy; showed uterine polyps and tubes not visible
- June 2011 ~ Hysteroscopic Polypectomy done to remove polyps and tubes still not visible
- June 2011 ~ Post-Op 1 week later; RE recommended moving forward with IVF
